The owner bought two studios for around AED 700,000 each with another agency. He was told the rent could be AED 75,000.
For six months, nothing was rented — and there was only one viewing.
He came to me through a recommendation. We reviewed the actual market, looked at the numbers, and agreed to adjust the strategy — instead of waiting for a price that simply wasn’t there.
